Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed in Negombo and driven to Villa Hundira, a breathtaking site surrounded by verdant foliage. Indulge in some peace as you carry yourself toward relaxation. 

The Kandy Holy Temple of the Tooth Relic’s tranquil surroundings will be your first stop of the day after your journey to Digana. This site which is among the most revered in the country represents a profoundly peaceful and spiritual moment. Digana’s Rukgala Retreat will then be pleased to host you for the night. Grab the chance to experience nature in all its unspoiled beauty and lose yourself in a magnificent world far from the hustle and bustle of the city. 

Attend the Daily Yoga Classes in the Morning & Evening.  Enjoy a Guided Walk to the Meditation Caves at Bambaragala. Explore the Bambaragala Caves and go rock climbing.  Followed by an overnight stay in Digana – Rukgala Retreat. 

Enjoy paddle boarding on the lake and a yoga class in the early morning. Unwind with a professional massage therapist who will perform a full body massage. Take an evening yoga class to round out the day. Stay the night at the Retreat at Rukgala.

Bid farewell to Digana and proceed towards the historic town of Galle. The perfect place to unwind and replenish energy following a ride to the quaint boutique hotel Niyagama House nestled in lush surroundings. While admiring the area’s beauty, take in the tranquil atmosphere. 

Start your workout and healing yoga class at Niyagama House the following morning. Participate in relaxation exercises and guided meditation. Spend five fruitful minutes in meditation to help you relax. If you want to go to peaceful and energising yoga classes in the evening make your way to Galle as soon as you can. 

After one last leisurely morning head to the airport feeling rejuvenated and ready to bring the peace of your retreat back into your everyday life.
