15 Days - 14 Nights
Day 01, 02  

Arrive at your hotel in Kalpitiya, a city known for its breathtaking waterfront landscape. To go dolphin-watching leave early the following morning. Large schools of dolphins from a variety of species congregate off the coast of Kalpitiya, Sri Lanka.

 

Day 03 

On this day enjoy an exhilarating Jeep Safari in Wilpattu National Park. The beautiful Sri Lankan leopard which is native to the island can be found here. Discover the natural world with Sri Lankan elephants, leopards, and sloth bears. 

 

Day 04, 05 

Visit Habarana to see the eighth wonder of the world, the Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Experience an exhilarating Minneriya Jeep Safari the following day which guarantees you will see wild elephants congregating close to the lake. A tour of the village that showcases the island’s cultural heritage is a great way to end the day.

Day 06

While traveling to Ramboda visit some of Kandy’s most famous locations. Enjoy a local tour while admiring Kandy’s stunning colonial architecture. The city’s renowned ‘Udarata’ culture will be encountered. If swimming is something you’re interested in, visit the famous Ramboda Falls. 

 

Day 07

Take in the breathtaking train journey from Nanu Oya to Ella which is replete with verdant countryside and tumbling waterfalls. Take in the cool misty weather for the rest of the day.

 

Day 08, 09 & 10

Climb Little Adam’s Peak as soon as the sun comes up. Many different religions around the world hold this place in high regard. Visit the Nine Arches Bridge, one of the island’s most picturesque spots next. Tell Ella goodbye and then head to Arugam Bay. Enjoy the serene surroundings and beach vibes of Arugam Bay for the next two days. Enjoy the water and make the most of this surfing environment. 

Day 11

Take a thrilling Jeep Safari to witness the numerous leopards and elephants that call Yala home. Take advantage of the opportunity to see wildlife and make it one of your favourite days of the year.

 

Day 12

Reach your lodging in Udawalawe following an exhilarating jeep safari across the National Park. There were numerous endemic and migratory bird species present. There are more animals to be seen including crocodiles and sambar deer.

 

Day 13, 14

Spend the next two days relaxing on Unawatuna’s tranquil beaches after your arrival. Galle Dutch Fort is worth a morning visit and is regarded as Asia’s best-preserved colonial sea fortress. One of the historical landmarks within the fort is believed to be the island’s oldest breadfruit tree. Spend the rest of the day relaxing on the beach. Visit Mirissa for whale watching the following morning to see some of Sri Lanka’s incredible whales. Take a bike ride around the village in the evening to experience the local way of life. 

 

Day 15

If you have time, return to Colombo for a city tour on your final day before heading to the airport and the end of your incredible journey through Sri Lanka.
