13 Days - 12 Nights
Day 01, 02 & 03 

Check into the Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions Hotel when you get to Negombo. Over the course of three days indulge in customised Ayurvedic treatments such as massages and herbal remedies to achieve whole wellness. Participate in strength and flexibility-building yoga classes and guided meditation sessions to promote calm and mental clarity. Make use of the hotel’s serene surroundings to relax and revitalise.

 

Day 04 

Travelling from Negombo to a peaceful wellness retreat near Wilpattu National Park takes up the fourth day. See Sri Lanka’s natural splendour on this enchanting tour. The retreat offers a tranquil environment in the middle of nature that is perfect for rest and reflection so check in when you arrive.

 

Day 05

Explore the ruins of Anuradhapura which have been designated by UNESCO and are significant both historically and culturally. Spend a day touring the ruins to see the ancient architecture, revered temples, and stupas. Return to your retreat after the day’s events for a brief meditation consultation. 

 

Day 06 

Concentrate on your personal health and meditation at your tranquil retreat throughout the day. Spend time practising mindfulness and meditation to increase your sense of inner peace. Take advantage of the peaceful surroundings to unwind and rejuvenate. 

 

Day 07 & 08 

On the seventh day travel to Kandy to visit the Samadhi Centre. It’s a tranquil haven amidst stunning natural surroundings, perfect for relaxation and reflection. Relax and take in the surroundings of this serene haven for a while. On the eighth day, you can visit the Holy Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, a UNESCO World Heritage Site to see a priceless relic of Lord Buddha. Discover the religious and cultural significance of this well-known Buddhist site, enjoy the calm atmosphere of the temple and marvel at its stunning architecture.

 

Day 09,10,11,12 & 13 

Continue on to Tangalle and the Talalla Retreat to complete the final portion of your journey. Spend your five days at this beachside retreat doing yoga every day and admiring the expansive views of Talalla Beach which is shaped like a crescent. The retreat offers workshops, nature hikes, and cultural excursions in addition to swimming, beach relaxation and other wellness pursuits. There are plenty of chances for relaxation, reflection, and personal development in this last section which is located in a breathtaking seaside setting.
